SHIPPING
- All orders are shipped with First-Class Mail® via USPS.
- Orders are shipped within 7-14 business days of processing.
- Once an order has shipped, an automated email will be sent to the customer. Orders shipped in boxes/mailers have tracking numbers; orders shipped in envelopes do not.
- DAZ is not liable for packages once they are in the hands of the shipping carrier, including lost/stolen packages or packages damaged in transit.
- DAZ is not liable for incorrect addresses filled out by customer after the order has been handed to shipping carrier.
REFUNDS/RETURNS
- If a package is returned to SharpiBees due to being recognized as "undeliverable" by the shipping carrier, DAZ will contact the customer by email to notify them, attempt to resolve the issue, and re-send the customer's order.
- If the customer recieves an erronous product, the customer must inquire DAZ through email with photo proof. Once a legitimate flaw has been acknowledged, DAZ will offer the option to resend the order free of charge OR a full refund on the customer's order.
- If DAZ no longer has stock for undeliverable/flawed product, DAZ can only offer refunds.
- DAZ will not make a third attempt to resend a product. In this case, only a refund will be offered.
